PRODUCTS
We will use the resources available to provide the highest quality products. Through the creative and talented people we have, we will deliver our products. We will give all guests and members a unique experience. The most important product for a public or private club is the golf course. Exceptional playing conditions, and more specifically greens, are our top priority. Constant improvement of the course and facilities through consistent capital improvement is always part of the strategic plan. Courses that don’t invest or are unable to invest will start to decline. When the products decline, so does revenue. This negative snowball effect will lead owners to bankruptcy and has to be avoided. Service is a product. We will train staff to give an exceptional experience in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our service is genuine and professional. We will have systems in place to make sure all details of an operation are clean, organized and professional. Let’s Grow!
PROFIT
Profit is the result of hiring, training, and providing the right environment for People. Profit is the result of having exceptional Products. People and Products together give us the ability to have Profit. Once those are in place we will create a financial plan. We will set clear and realistic financial goals based on history, improvements to the operation, capital improvement and current market characteristics. We will not guess at what our revenue and expenses will be. We will budget every dollar and when revenue is above or below projections, and they will be, we will adjust. We will ride the line between constant improvement and total efficiency. This means we will be “lean and mean”. It doesn’t matter if your revenue is $5 million annually or $500,000, we will operate efficiently. We will maximize revenue through strong sales and marketing programs. We will analyze pricing and program structure to insure membership grows, rounds of golf grows, average green fee per round grows, F&B sales grows, merchandise sales grows, and banquet sales grows.
